Perma-Dwell Homes has been a family owned business, and licensed representative of  Pacific Modern Homes, Inc., since 1973.  We have specialized in offering quality panelized framing packages for over 33 years.

Framing packages are the most cost effective method of construction. A framing package allows you to be an owner-builder and in control of the construction of your dream home. You may do some or all of the work, or hire sub-contractors directly to keep your building costs down. Since the walls panels are constructed in a factory controlled environment, you have a higher quality of building materials and less job waste. Panelized wall framing allows for a shorter construction time frame and reduces the downtime from inclement weather.
